Our products

The quality of the finished product is determined by the choice of the base materials to be used in the manufacturing process, that is to say the untreated wood. This wood arrives at our premises on a daily basis, collected from our own regions but supplied also from Scandinavian countries, the Baltic Republics, and Russia.

The manufacturing process proceeds in two stages :

  Production output
The wooden pieces are planed to appropriate size on two planing lines in our workshops, after which the pieces are put through a process of precision cutting.

  The assembly
Assembly proceeds by using tacking robotic devices that have been created by our own technical team.

As a consequence, our machines are designed as a perfect fit to our requirements. They are monitored and where needed repaired instantly by our own repair crews. Therefore, our delivery terms, generally very short, will never be affected by prolonged machine breakdowns.

Thanks to our numerically controlled tacking devices, the precision of our nailing systems ensures for our products the greatest possible security, thus safeguarding our customers from the risk of accidents during the handling of the crates.

  Wood treatment and certification
We use two dryers to treat the wood at a temperature of 56° C for a period of 30 minutes, conform to the ISPM 15 norm. The two dryers can equally be put into service for the drying of pallets or components prior to their manufacture. It is these kinds of assets that have made us a leader in the area of the dry pallet (humidity factor < 20%), a product highly valued in the food, pharmaceutical, medical, and pulp and paper industries.

Our company has received the ISO 9001:2008 accreditation, certified for the manufacture of CP pallets as well as Euro-Epal pallets. In addition, we have been accredited by the CTIB under the number BE 99022 for the item "Heat Treatment".
